These terms apply to Stratum Studio's website and to the content we publish as Cooked Capital.

Not financial advice

Our videos are entertainment and general education about money and markets. They are not personal recommendations or regulated financial advice, and they do not take your circumstances into account. Past performance is not a guide to the future; investments can fall as well as rise. Speak to a regulated adviser before making financial decisions.

Accuracy

We source the figures in factual videos from official or reputable sources and computed market data, and we show the source on screen or in the description. Data can be revised or wrong; if you spot an error, tell us at will@stratumstudio.co.uk and we will correct or remove the post.

Our software

Our publishing software is internal and only connects to accounts we own. There is no public sign-up, and no one else's account or data is accessed through it.

Content and intellectual property

Our original videos, scripts and graphics belong to Stratum Studio. Some meme formats include short reaction clips or references to film and television for commentary and parody; if you are a rights holder and object to a use, contact will@stratumstudio.co.uk and we will review it promptly.

Platforms

Use of Instagram, YouTube and TikTok is governed by those platforms' own terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
