Data deletion

Our software only connects to social media accounts owned by Stratum Studio, so it does not hold data about other users. If you believe we hold personal data about you (for example, because you emailed us), or you want any data associated with you removed:

1. Email will@stratumstudio.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us what you would like deleted.
2. We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within one month, then confirm by email.

Removing app access

If you connected an account to our app (only our own team does this), you can revoke access at any time: Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions; Instagram under Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites; TikTok under Settings > Security > Manage app permissions. When access is revoked, the stored token stops working and we delete it.
